Strawberry Mango Smoothie

This easy Strawberry Mango Smoothie is made with just 6 ingredients and tastes like a tropical vacation in a glass! One of the best healthy smoothie recipes for breakfast and low calorie. We love to add Udaram/Svastha mix to this, but feel free to add any Vana Natural Mix to this recipe.

What you'll need:

2 cups frozen sliced strawberries

1 1/2 cups mango pieces

1/2 cup chopped carrots

1 1/2 cups almond milk or milk of choice plus additional as needed

1 tablespoon freshly squeezed lemon juice

1 tsp Udaram/Svastha Mix or any Vana Natural mix of your choice.


  1. Place all of the ingredients in your blender: strawberries, mango, carrots, almond milk, and lemon juice.

  2. Blend until smooth, then add 1 tsp of Udaram/Svastha and blend once more just to mix it in.

  3. Add ice cubes and blend once more if you want a thicker smoothie, using frozen fruits also helps to increase thickness.
