Overnight Oats!

Overnight oats are a no-cook method of making oatmeal. Instead of cooking your oats with liquid on the stove or in the microwave, you mix rolled oats with the liquid and other mix-ins, and let it rest in the fridge overnight. In the morning, you have a pudding-like porridge that is perfect for easy grab-and-go breakfasts.

Here we show you the recipe for Classic Vanilla Overnight Oats which is a wonderful and healthy breakfast! We love adding Udaram Powder/Svastha Powder to this healthy but super yum recipe to nourish the body through the day! However, you can add any choice of Vana Natural Powder to the recipe.

For this you will need:

1/3 cup plain Greek yogurt

1/2 cup rolled oats

2/3 cup unsweetened Almondmilk or any milk of your choice

1 tablespoon chia seeds or ground flaxmeal

1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract

Pinch of salt

0–2 tablespoons honey

1 tsp Udaram/Svastha Powder or any Vana Natural powder of your choice.


1. Whisk together all ingredients in a medium-sized mixing bowl.

2. Spoon into a jar with a tight-fitting lid.

3. Close and refrigerate for at least 4 hours, but preferably overnight.

4. Remove it, add 1 tsp of choice of Vana Natural powder of your choice and mix well. You can add more berries and crushed nuts (soaked almonds, walnuts) as toppings for the bowl.
